we try to be as eco-friendly as possible and reduce our waste and carbon footprint. all of our packaging is recycled, recyclable/reusable, made of recycled material or gifted to us. please continue the cycle if you can and give our packaging a new life, or dispose of it properly.
please allow up to 20 business days for processing, packing, and shipping for domestic packages and up to 35 business days for international orders.
shipping is with USPS. pricing is flat rate for all orders.
tracking is provided on all domestic orders.

all sticker and tarot-only shipping is uninsured. if you would like insured shipping for stickers, please reach out to us via email or through our contact page.
we do not offer refunds or cancellations, only with very small exceptions, detailed below.
if your package is lost, missing, or damaged, we are not responsible after they leave our facility. please contact your local postal service with those concerns. if you have an issue with quality, please contact us with your concerns. an exchange may be made of equal or lesser value or partial store credit can be issued, only after contacting us within 14 days of delivery. you will be responsible for return postage, and your exchange product will be sent (with free shipping) or your store credit will be issued after the original product is received in original condition.
if your package is returned to me due to client error, (i.e. incorrect name or address, unpaid customs fees, etc.), you must pay for additional postage before it can be sent out a second time. if you do not wish to pay for shipping, a refund (minus initial shipping costs) can be issued instead.
we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. you will have to contact your local USPS or mail carrier, but please feel free to contact us if you have other concerns.
